Usually, I only use the 'convert to mp4' option. But, my brother uses this software and converts files to MOV on a regular basis as part of his film class projects.

Great video conversion and very fast. But.flv to .mov format conversion still does not include the audio. I give up work with Flash. What a nightmare!!!

Great, after watching your video, I believe with Jing (swf files) and this program, quick edits can be made without the use of quicktime pro, however, quicktime pro for 30 dollars is worth its weight in gold.

Until almost yesterday I had the same opinion as others that after the convertion of a FLV file into MOV the quality drops. Yesterday I tried to convert an Youtube downloaded FLV file into MOV following the steps of this tutorial and I got an excellent quality MOV file.

I add this comment to assure the people who spread the news that after conversion from FLV into MOV the last one’s quality is bad, that it’s not real when use iSkysoft Video Converter. It may be true when using other convertion softs. Pay attention to this tutorial, use iSkysoft Video Converter and the quality of the MOV file will surprise you in a pleasant way.

I doubt it. Flv files are usually poor as it is. You can't worsen poor quality files by converting them to .mov

Maybe they're just rumors? I don't see how flv to mov could damage the quality. Besides, flv is known to be more 'compact' that mov, which would theoretically decrease the quality.
