The native video size of iPhone is 480x320. For iPhone 5, you can choose 1280*720 (HD) to take full advantage of the new iPhone's display. 

If you want to merge all selected video files to iPod into one output file,toggle  "Merge" option on. You can click the "Settings" button to customize video and audio encoding settings.
