Affiliate Policy

Advertising Rules

1. Affiliates must not use "iSkysoft", "ISkysoft.com", "iSkysoft Official" or “iSkysoft Coupon Code”’ "iSkysoft plus the product name" and other similar words in any form of advertising, especially in SEM (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc).
2. Affiliates are not allowed to redistribute iSkysoft Products in any way without a written permission from iSkysoft.
3. Affiliates are not allowed to submit our products to other websites by changing the product name or even using the same name of our products.
4. Affiliates are not allowed to sell any of our products on website which is related to auction, such as, eBay, Amazon, etc.
5. Affiliates must not exaggerate the functionalities of our products neither in their promotion nor on their own sites.
6. Affiliates may not use downloadable toolbars, adware, spyware, forced click (cookie stuffing) or any other malicious strategies to earn unfair commission payouts.

Domain Name and Site Content Rules

1. Affiliates are not allowed to use the following protected keywords as part of their domain name, including but not limited to: iSkysoft, iSky-soft, skysoft, iSkysoftware, iSkysoftdvdripper, etc.
2. Affiliates are not allowed to imitate the form and style of our web site.
3. Affiliates are not allowed to copy or plagiarize any content from official iSkysoft pages. Changes should be made within 48 hours after iSkysoft contacts the affiliate with such violation. iSkysoft Studio reserves the right to void commission from the affiliate or even cancel partnership if the affiliate refuses to make changes to its website or doesn't respond to the violation notice.

Coupon Rules

1. Any discount promotion of our products by affiliates should be authorized by iSkysoft Studio. Affiliates are not allowed to offer additional coupons, bonuses or incentives to the customer. Please contact us if you have any discount promotion plan.
2. iSkysoft reserves the right to remove any affiliate and/or withhold commission payouts at their own discretion based on affiliate behavior and compliance with our terms of service.
