I need a new tablet, I love my ipad but its so restricted it drives me up the wall. Who needs the hassle of converting AVI files etc and the hassle of uploading to the ipad just to watch a movie, its a pain and not worth the hassle. Needless to say I will be buying an android tablet, customizae and compatable with everything and anything, and an all important micro sd card slot!

By default, the converted video will be automatically added to iTunes library (Tools > Preferences), if not, just open iTunes and manually add video by File > Add to Library. After imported, you will find the video in Library > Movies.
