Convert Audio Files and Extract Audio from Video

Step 1: Add audio files to this Audio converter

Start iSkysoft audio converter after installation. Then you're able to import audio files in 3 methods: 1) Drag and drop audio files from Finder to the program; 2) Go to File > Load Media Files to locate audio files; 3) Use Media Browser to import audio files from frequently used places.

Step 2: Set the output audio format

Now choose an audio format from the Audio category. To make changes to the audio settings, mouse over the format icon and click the Gear button that shows up. In the audio settings window, change codec, channel, sample rate, and bit rate. Note that the Smart Fit option usually means "Keep original". For the Sample Rate and Bit Rate, the higher, the better audio quality you'll get.

Step 3: Start converting audio files on Mac OS X

Afterwards, click the Convert button and all the imported audio files will be converted to the target audio format. The output folder open when all audio conversion task are done.

By default, the output folder is "/Users/HOMENAME/Movies/iSkysoft Video Converter". When conversion finished, click the Open Output Folder button to open it. If you want to change it, click the Output option at bottom and select the folder you like.

Note that the Mac version of iSkysoft audio converter doesn't support DRM-protected audio files, but the Windows version does. If you have a Windows PC, you should create DRM-free audio files easily.
